Yep i signed up for the singapore amazing race today....

Our group name is called geobuggers (compliments of Geok).....

And yes!! Introducing the members of geobuggers.....

Number 1: Yours truely!!!! Wai Chung Tai is an experienced supper eater with vast experience of pigging out at Fong Seng Nasi Lemak and West Coast Road Market. Chung Tai has vast experience in climbing mountains back in his hay days with successful summits to Gunung Kinabalu, Gunung Tahan, Gunung Ledang, Gunung Stong, Gunung Ayam and Gunung Bukit Timah as well as successful climbs up Berkelah and Lumbong waterfalls. Chung Tai is also a proud receiver of the I-am-so-fat-due-to-overeating award and as such, his physical condition is now like shit. But he is going to perservere and try to get his fitness back this holidays cos his gf has complained persistently that he is fat. He hopes that his tough mental strength will see him through the race. He also hopes to challenge himself and finish the race in the stipulated time. He is doing this for his gf and hopes for her full encouragement.

Number 2: Geok the garang girl. Geok is Chung Tai's classmate in geog honours class. Geok used to come from a strict military background because she was from NCC last time. Other than that, Chung Tai only knows she looks very garang. But Geok has a self-professed problem cos she is an early sleeper. She needs to sleep everyday by 12 midnight. Geok promises to try to sleep later this holidays to survive the race, which requires her to stay awake for 24 hours.

Number 3: Angela the tough girl. Angela is also Chung Tai's class mate in geog honours class. Similarly, Angela comes from a strong tradition as she used to be in canoeing and dragonboat back in her younger days. Angela also has vast experience in adventure races and she has partaken in the Singapore AXN urban challenge. Angela is extremely excited about the race and says she relishes the chance to get lost and very lost with her friends. Angela has a wierd fetish for duck and chickens. Hopefully, the chicken and duck rice at the end of the race will motivate her enuff.

Number 4 (but not the least): Noel the former Dy S3. Noel is also Chung Tai's geog honours classmate. He used to be Chung Tai's officer back in the army days but they din really know each other so lets not bother about that. Noel is well known for having good navigation skills and thus Chung Tai is putting him as team captain. He is also known to be really cool under pressure cos rezal has said so. Noel will however be in spain for 2 weeks this holidays as he is partaking in gastronomic tourism and will be hoping not to grow fat. He promises to train up when he comes back from spain. Noel is also like Angela, extremely excited abt getting lost with friends.


Ok the impressive lineup above sure looks extremely good. The geobuggers are hoping to either finish first or first. No other position will please them other than first (if u dun realise i am bull-shitting, then u r slow).....

Life can be so unpredictable. I've learnt a lot these few days... Basically, dun be afraid to show concern for the people u care for.... cos u may not get the chance to do so tml if he/she disappears just like that.

But anyway that's easy to say but difficult to do but nevertheless, a consciousness is at least a good start.

Been playing FIFA2005. Much more realistic and the gameplay is much smoother than the previous version. Good improvement.

Amazing race is bearing down on us...... team geobuggers are starting to do some preparation and have some team bonding. Hope all goes well.

I've lost one kilogram!!! yeah.... and its really lost, not cos i din eat anything and weigh ok...

Been trying my best to exercise.... run/cycle etc.... feeling better nowadays cos condition starting to improve... leg muscles no longer ache like mad after exercise. crap.... who cares abt these anyway....

I think my tummy is getting smaller..... although the layer of fat is still very evident. I believe with time, i shall reduce it more....

I bought a pair of new adidas sneakers.... white colour.... and i m planning to wear sneakers to class next sem. new look.... i mean, sneakers with berms. Jeans a bit hot and boring.

These are are seriously mundane thoughts. but i am that uninteresting i guess......

Ever had one of those shitty small little lumps on the edge of your tongue that is sticking out and hurts damn bad? and u can feel them on your tongue, but cannot do anything to it.... and it starts turning a little reddish ard the area and it hurts even more? I hate it.... anyway well i have one now.... fucked up.....

they say those stupid lumps are signs of being heaty.... whatever....

Anyway ellen has been sending me some songs recently.... been trying to catch up on what is happening in the chinese pop industry so that i wun appear like a suaku fellow the next time i go to the karaoke..... How juvenile.... and dumb....

There is a torchlight that operates without batteries. Look around at those pasar malam stores and u may see it... all u need to do is shake it and the cross-cutting of the magnetic field will generate electricity and it will be stored in a capacitor. Pretty cool an invention i must say.

If i always have an itchy throat and a hyper-sensitive nose, should i seek medical treatment? What a stupid question to ask. But anyway i m too lazy to go. so i shall not bother.

Why has msn taken over icq? Why does everyone use msn nowadays? Why dun i ever log on to icq nowadays? I dun quite understand why also....

Times Square in KL has really nice roller coasters rides.... and there is this ride called the DNA mixer that spins u round and round too.... and this 360 degrees thing that hangs u in mid air and spins u round in circles too.... worth a go.... for only 25 ringgit, u can play unlimited. Perfect for the cheapskate Singaporeans.

Team America gets my vote for movie of the year.

I watched old boy, this korean movie yesterday. It is damn disturbing, damn gross, damn cynical, damn perverted..... If u want to be disturbed about what hatred and revenge can drive a person to do, do go watch it.

Pizza is now my favourite food cos me and Jing are going to eat it tomolo.....
