Dun get me started on hip-hop music cos i dunno wat they singing. i know its all abt style and attitude. But well, i dun feel the connection. Shall just stick to sappy love songs and rock ballads.

I spent 299 bucks today and bought the creative nomad muvo^2 1.5GB mp3 player...... wahahahahahahhah

Although the 4GB one would have cost me around 70 more, i din bear to part with that 70 bucks. But I am extremely happy with my current one liao..... it is now 1.15GB full and it already holds 270 songs. realise that is really not very much, but more than enough for me.... so no problem. No complains about it yet, at least major ones.... the sound quality is excellent. I was thinking it would come with a casing like the one they sell in US but apparently the ones sold in Singapore did not come with casing. Transfer rate is damn fast since its USB 2.0. And the best thing is, its simple to use and not complicated at all.... super idiot proof..... ahahhahh

Anyone out there wanna buy mp3 player, this is the one u should get... its damn value for money, considering that some 256MB players already cost 200 plus dollars liao..... but of cos u need to take into account that this player is kinda bigger than the rest and it does not use compact flash card like the usual smaller capacity ones. it uses a mini hard disk i think. Therefore, not very good to bring it running or anything cos hard disk ah, hard to say one ah..... shake too much might spoil. But definetely good enuff for normal commuting la.....

Ok time to go sleep after playing for an hour with my new gadget...

This is a song by take that by the way..... used to be everyone's favourite back in those sec sch days... all the girls went crazy for those bunch of idiots..... ok guys also went crazy..... I still rem a particular friend of mine *ahem, i know christine will read this*..... she actually quarelled with her friends cos of those few idiots..... quarell over what i dun rem la.... maybe its abt the length of their penis or what..... but quarell over a boy band????!!!!! Incredible......
Anyway guys also went crazy abt them.... some liked robbie william, some liked michael owen, or whatever owen.... oh mark owen!! haha..... while the rest thot who and who was more talented and who and who had a bigger dick etc......

To me, back in those times, cos i was a listen to chinese song loser, din really understand what the hell this big hooo haaa was about.... i din know what songs they sang (except back for good), din know who was the members of the boy band, din know who had a longer dick either..... din know anything......

In all fairness, i din listen to english radio channels like perfect 10 or class 95 and i obviously did not have the spending power to buy albums of singers i liked, not to mention take that..... So its kinda simple and justifiable why i din know a shit about them. Somehow when u look back at it, it kinda feels like i missed some part of sec-sch-hood. It was like this mass culture back in those days to listen to take that. All i knew was erm, maybe jacky cheung or andy lau? Take that? nope...... in fact, when someone said take that initially, i was like take what? take what?

Now take that is most probably erased from our lives. most pple do not remember them anymore if u ask around. I mean, they will of cos remember if u mention it la. But u ask them to name their fav singer like now, will anyone mention take that? Hardly i feel.....

Being in the music industry is kinda damn fickle huh.... people love you as easily as they forget you....

something interesting came to my mind when i was attempting to sleep just now.....

Have you ever wondered why we have 2 eyes and yet what we see when we open both eyes is perfectly coherent vision? As in, look at it this way, if the eye functions like a video camcorder, that means the right eye and the left eye must have like 2 different input units into the brain. So there must be some mechanism in our brain that functions to make the 2 overlapping images appear coherent as one to our consciousness.

Maybe some doctors out there can help me solve this mystery..... haha.....

It's tough being in honours year, esp when you are not as hardworking or half as motivated as some people.....
